Superior to Captain, inferior to Rear Admiral.

Reporting to Rear Admirals, a delegate between the higher ranks & Fleet Captains/Captains, under their subsector. Issuing orders passed down and arranging the fleets as required to perform certain duties required by starfleet.

This rank also falls to person incharge of multiple teams, reporting to Rear Admiral, in command of Captains & Fleet Captains.

Eg Atlantis mobile HQ, where several specialist teams may exist. Starfleet HQ officers.
