The second most senior flag rank known to exist in Starfleet.
Sub Commander of Galatic regions, reporting to Fleet Admirals, responsible for aiding Fleet Admirals run and co-ordinate the region, by way of commanding quadrants.
This rank also falls to people under the command of Fleet Admirals not assigned to specific regions, eg Atlantis being a mobile HQ. |
