The story of how the new Universal Starfleet came into existance.

Kathryn Janeway is no mere human, she is and once was part of a species roughly translated as "the family" an omnipotent race some what similar yet dare I say greater that the Q, as a matter of fact they are the reason the Q exist, a kind of extension on their race.
After being several people, in several universes, times and beyond, decided she no longer wished to use her abilities and would rather live a "normal life" and do things for her self, the right way, no cheating, no powers, just Janeway.

But after taking Voyager through the unknowns of the Delta Quadrant for over 7 years, with so many losses and things she wished she could have done differently, the recently promoted Vice Admiral Janeway decided she wanted to change the past and used her abilities to do so.

But having not used her abilities for quite some time, and with a little pent up anger, something went slightly wrong and instead of changing history, suddenly she found her self in her own creation of a new universe. This universe was a multi-timline and multi-existance universe where anything that once was or could be possible, now exists together.

Kathryn thought for a while about undoing this, but after realising that it would be wrong of her to do so and be basically wiping people out of existance, something she was attempting to change in her old universe, she decided to stay. She realised she was now mother and caretaker of all in this universe and had to do her best to uphold the decision she made to the best of her abilities.
Ofcourse she also found herself the Universal C'n'C of the Federation and this vast new universe, and on her travels has met interesting people, new races, different levels of technological species, some allies and unfortunately some enemies, its her duty now to try and make a universal peace and she wouldnt change it for anything.

These are the voyages of the Universal Starfleet, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to bring the universe together as one family, to boldy go AGAIN!
