Dr. Crell Moset was the chief exobiology specialist on Cardassia Prime and joined Hash after she took over the Umbrella facilities, seeing the potential and chances this facilities offered him. Because of saving her life in the past, by perfecting her IRA-Virus, Hash soon gave him commad over Umbrella's entire research division and provides him with everything he needs. He's also leading officer of the Ashford IV.[/url]
